Why PVTC?

At PVTC, we believe in second chances, strong communities, and real opportunities. Our programs don’t just provide training—they create pathways to success. We equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to secure employment, build wealth, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. More than just a training center, PVTC fosters personal and professional growth through mentorship, life skills development, and a commitment to integrity and accountability. Whether you’re re-entering society, starting fresh, or looking for a solid foundation, we are here to help you build a better future today.

Our History
Established in 2012, Provision Vocational Training Center (PVTC) was founded with a vision to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. Recognizing the need for structured support for returning citizens, veterans, the homeless, recovering individuals, and adjudicated youth, PVTC created a model that goes beyond traditional training. Over the years, we have expanded our programs to include certified vocational training, entrepreneurship education, community housing development, and financial empowerment. Through strategic partnerships and a dedication to measurable impact, PVTC continues to transform lives and uplift communities.
Who We Are

PVTC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to economic empowerment and financial independence. Our training programs provide hands-on instruction in construction, building maintenance, property management, and housing development, ensuring that every participant gains the knowledge and experience needed for sustainable employment. A key component of our program is OSHA 30 certification, giving trainees the critical safety skills required to work in high-demand industries.

Beyond workforce training, PVTC teaches ownership, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. Our programs include:
-
Real Estate Education – Teaching participants how to buy, manage, and invest in property, breaking the cycle of generational poverty.
-
Entrepreneurship Training – Equipping individuals with the knowledge to start and scale their own businesses, providing them with the tools to become job creators instead of job seekers.
-
Credit & Financial Literacy – Educating participants on how credit works, how to build and repair it, and how to leverage it for personal and business success.
-
Wealth-Building Strategies – Teaching smart money habits, budgeting, and long-term investment strategies to create lasting financial security.
At PVTC, we don’t just train people for jobs—we empower them to own, build, and create. We are a lifeline to economic independence and generational wealth-building.
